Terms of Service

Last updated March 2026. Maintained by the Signal platform team.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Signal, a live-shopping broadcast platform ("the Service") operated by Signal Broadcast, Inc. ("Signal", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

Signal is a technology platform that lets sellers broadcast live video, pin products, chat with viewers, and publish shoppable replays. Signal is not a marketplace. We do not process payments, hold inventory, ship goods, or act as a merchant of record for any product sold through a seller's channel.

2. Seller responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for payments, shipping, taxes, returns, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, product accuracy, and customer service. See our Seller Responsibility Policy for details.

3. Buyer relationship

When you click a "Buy" button on Signal, you are redirected to the seller's own checkout. Your purchase contract is with the seller, not with Signal.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use Signal to broadcast or sell items that violate our Prohibited Products Policy or applicable law.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
