Signal is a broadcast platform. When you buy something during a live stream or from a replay, your purchase is with the seller directly, not with Signal.
Before you buy
- Read the seller's shipping and return policies on their storefront.
- Confirm the checkout page is the seller's own site (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
- Ask questions in live chat if anything is unclear.
If something goes wrong
Contact the seller first. If the seller does not respond within a reasonable time, report the issue to Signal and we will review under our moderation policy.
Reporting a stream, product, or message
Every stream, product, and chat message has a report control. Reports are reviewed by Signal platform admins.
