You are responsible for
- Payment processing through your own checkout provider (Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, Square, or equivalent).
- Fulfillment — packing and shipping every order according to your stated shipping policy.
- Taxes — collecting and remitting sales tax, VAT, or GST in the jurisdictions where you operate.
- Returns and refunds under your published return policy.
- Chargebacks, disputes, and any related payment-processor communications.
- Product accuracy — descriptions, pricing, inventory counts, and legality.
- Customer service — responding to buyer questions, order status, and post-sale support.
What Signal provides
- The live-video broadcast, chat, and product-pinning tools.
- Your storefront page and shoppable replays.
- Click tracking on your Buy buttons for your analytics.
Trust language
Every product and stream on Signal is labelled Sold and fulfilled by [Seller Name]. Signal will never present itself as the merchant of record.
